"Hands of Creation"
This is a series that I did while I was working with emotionally disturbed youth at mental health facility/non public school in Oakland, CA. I was wanting to honor these amazing children's resilience and extraordinary creativity. The dilemma was many of the children were protected by the HIPAA law and I could not take portraits of their faces.
